THE MAN
BEHIND
THE BRAND

If Alexis Bauduin strikes you as a familiar figure, you might have seen him competing against some of the most brilliant business minds in the inaugural season of AXN’s the Apprentice Asia with Tony Fernandes, in 2013.

After finishing 3rd out of 30,000 applicants across Asia – Alexis, who was then working for Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) as the Asia-Pacific Director for a leading liquor brand, went on to work as the Head of Business Development for Tony Fernandes’ Caterham Group.

IT WAS THERE WHERE HE HAD A HYBRID EXPERIENCE OF BOTH THE CORPORATE AND ENTREPRENEURIAL WORLD, AND FOUND THE MOTIVATION TO KICKSTART HIS OWN BUSINESS – YOLO.

HOW YOLO
CAME UP

DURING HIS CORPORATE DAYS, ALEX EXPERIENCED FIRST-HAND HOW DIFFICULT IT WAS TO FIND REAL HEALTHY FOOD AROUND THAT WAS NOT “BORING, TASTELESS AND EXPENSIVE”.

He felt that there were no places making healthy eating more relatable to the mass-market apart from catering to dieters and regular gym goers. Alex wanted to make HEALTHY COOL!
